Martin will give a seminar on the ”Gospelkirchentag” in Düsseldorf, Germany on Saturday 2nd September. “Gospelkirchentag” is Germany’s biggest gospel music event and Martin and Reflex will perform on both Friday night September 1st and on the festival’s main stage on Saturday night along with gospel music superstar Kurt Carr. ”Bedehusland – Country” was released in Norway in the midst of June. The CD is the 8th release in the successful “Sanger fra Bedehusland” series and this volume contains Christian country songs like Kris Kristofferson’s “Why Me, Lord”, Hank Williams “I Saw The Light” and Lynda Randle’s powerful “God On The Mountain” in Norwegian language versions.…

The new CD “Sanger fra Bedehusland – Country” with roots and country inspired arrangements of well known hymns and gospel songs will be released by Master Music in June 2006.
Martin will direct his Negro Spiritual mass ”Shout All Over God’s Heaven” with Big Chief Jazzband and Kor-90 i the Oslo Concert hall on Wednesday the 11th January. The concert is sold out.
Reflex and Martin has been invited to the giant ”Gospelkirchentag” in Düsseldorf, Germany on 1st – 3rd September 2006. They will perform alongside US Gospelstar Kurt Carr, for an expected audience of 3-4000 people.

Martin has edited and collected 175 gospelsongs in the ”Gospelsangboka” that has just been published by Norsk Musikforlag. Here is traditional black and southern gospel and contemporary songs from the likes of Kirk Franklin, Kurt Carr, Andraé Crouch, Tore W. Aas and Martin himself. All the songs are presented with lyrics, melodies and chord symbols.
